We translate your design on our in-house CAD, UG, PRO-E AND SOLIDWORKS system to gain maximum

cut metal, we combine in-house technology like Wire EDM,CNC working center & Computer Driven

Machining with some of the industry's most experienced toolmakers. The result...tooling,

prototypes and first piece samples that are right "on spec" the first time.

Full range of finishing, high quality standards
We established our own plating workshop 8 years ago in order to save the finishing cost, control

the finishing quality and delivery time by ourselves. We offer a full ranges of plating and

finishing options. From 2005, we improved our plating technic to RoHs Directive compliance.

Anodizing, Black Oxide, Bright/Black/Satin Chrome, Deburring, Dipping, E-coat,

Bright/Black/Satin/Antique Nickel, Painting, Phosphating, Hand/Electro Polishing, Powder

Coating, White/Blue/Yellow Zinc, Gold, Dull/Bright Brass, etc?-.

Besides, we have a long period experience and qualified sub-supplier in powder coating, high

quality polishing, anodizing etc..

Quality Control 
 
The goal is zero defect.

At GTLT Metal Products Ltd. everyone is concerned with quality. The Quality Control Department

keeps a history of all manufactured parts through inspection records and sample pieces.

Statistical Control charts are used to study the efficiency and capability of a manufacturing

process and to achieve zero defects in the process.

In Coming Inspection

All raw material are certified by our suppliers and must pass in coming inspection before they

are released for production.

In Process Inspection

All phases of production are monitored by in-process inspection. A first-piece inspection is

always conducted at each manufacturing stage by the Quality Control Manager. Each machine

operator performs continuous inspection while producing the parts. A

inspector periodically audits samples of the product from each machine, taking samples at

designated time intervals

Final Inspection

No order leaves the GTLT Metal Products shipping dock until all shipping papers are stamped and

signed by the final inspector. The goal of our quality control program is zero defects in 100

percent of all finished parts.
